Knights of Columbus Hall, 17 Relay Yard, in Nahant
Venue Seating is limited to 100 people, no exceptions!
Registration Deadline is Tuesday, September 3rd
The cost to cover the food and meal service will be $30.00 per person.
Menu, Brett Henry Catering:
Turkey Dinner with all the fixings – traditional roast stuffed turkey with mashed potatoes, butternut squash, Commodore salad with dressing on the side,
rolls and butter, coffee and tea.
Celebratory Cake donated by Stop and Shop, Swampscott
Soft drinks and alcohol are not included - pay as you go.
Donations will be collected at the event including monetary donations and raffle items. If you would like to donate an item for the raffle, please drop off these items at St. John’s Parish Center by Thursday, September 5th.
You can pay through check, cash, or online. You must still complete a registration form regardless of payment type.
If cash or check: Fill out a registration form and make your check payable to St John’s Church. Include “Haiti Annual Fundraiser” on the memo line. Only 1 form is needed per group provided the name and number or registrants is listed.
Mail the registration form(s) and payment to:
St. John’s Parish Center, 198 Humphrey St, Swampscott, MA, 01907 or drop off payment and form(s) to the Parish Center from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Mon-Fri.
